...so I had this idea

Late, late, late Sunday evening after travelling all day from Montreal to Angus and after about 2 weeks of agonizing over an idea for a photo-series I had earlier in the month it finally hit me....

Ok first things first, last month I was reading an old article on http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/veterans/article26499878/ about the Canadian Military's casualties numbers during the Afghanistan mission, 158 and then since the mission due to suicide 54...I was shocked. Even more shocked to read through the list to find out many of the names were friends that I did not even know where dealing with PTSD.

So back to my late night A-HA moment. I had been struggling to figure out how to capture this invisible disease in a photo, and not wanting to use a particular person's case I figured this was the best way to go.
